Do you have a brick and mortar location?

Currently, we are an online boutique only.

How will I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after the order is placed. Please check your spam and let us know if you do not receive an email.

How do I cancel an order?

You have 24 hours to cancel an order.

Email as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop your order.

*If you receive the order and still want to return it please note shipping will not be refunded for failed cancellations. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Is it safe for me to put my information on your website?

We take security very seriously. Our software and hosting is PCI DSS compliant (an information security standard for companies that handle credit and debit card information). We also have an SSL Certificate which encrypts CoralFeather's content and publishes it securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP.

Do you offer overnight deliveries?

We do not offer expedited shipping due to the environmental implications caused by that option. Instead, we work diligently to get your order out to you as soon as possible. 

Shipping Rates:

Rates vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S.P.S  calculator.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Sign up today for additional savings  

Where do you ship? 

The Continental US

When will my order ship? 

Your order will ship within 48 hours of the time of purchase. We do not ship on Sundays. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email that provides the tracking number for your order. If you do not receive one check the order status page.

This will allow you to check the following:

  1. Check the status of your shipment.
  2. Re-order products.
  3. See real-time updates on the location of your shipment.
  4. Opt-in or out of messenger, SMS, & email notifications.

Return Policy:

You may return any item, up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded for returns. Please contact for orders past this time frame.

Return Process:

  1. Click here to go to our returns page.
  2. Enter the order number and the order's ship-to postal code.
  3. Click the lookup order button.
    The next screen will display the order information and each item in the order.
  4. Select the quantity of each item to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Click the submit request button.
    The next (and final) page shows your return was authorized. 
  6. Click the print return label button.
